Humanity faces some very serious issues. Essentially my art attempts to engage with the truth about these.

" OUR LIVES BEGIN TO END THE DAY WE BECOME SILENT ABOUT  THINGS THAT MATTER"   Martin Luther King, Jr.

"Art should comfort the disturbed, and disturb the comfortable"   Banksy

-"Painting is not done to decorate apartments. It is an instrument of war against brutality & darkness"  Pablo Picasso

- "Insuring a vision of the truth the artist best serves his nation...the artist must also sail against the wind of his time, not a popular role"  President John F Kennedy.

- "Men occasionally stumble on the truth, but most pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing had happened"  Winston Churchill.

" To sin by silence when we should protest, makes cowards of men "  Ella Wheeler Wilcox
