Boris Johnson could be the next UK Prime Minister. He has threatned to prorogue (suspend) parliament so he could deliver a 'No-Deal Brexit' against the wishes of parliament. The last time this was done was in 1629 by King Charles 1.
This was painted to take to a National Demonstration in London.
